Investment Council

To ensure good governance, we have chosen to set up a dedicated investment board, staffed by external members.

Meriti Capital's established asset management principles are the starting point for the work of the Council. The Investment Council makes proposals on an ongoing basis, whenever possible, for exposure to different asset classes, so-called tactical allocation decisions, proposals for asset allocation across continents and countries, and proposals for the management of currency, interest rate and credit risks. In addition, the Investment Council reviews the principles and rules that govern it and makes recommendations for change.
